The majority of frequent headphone users are active people with tight schedules. They are frequent commuters or fliers, they spend a lot of time in their cars or they work in crowded offices. In all these situations, music helps them to relieve stress, get better focus, and achieve better results.

However, regular headphones, or even regular earbuds, can’t meet all of their requirements. They are often too bulky or simply wired, which reduces their ease of use. These people want something more practical, something smaller and more wireless

The only audio device that can currently meet all these requirements are invisible Bluetooth earbuds. They have no cables or wires, they are incredibly small, and they offer decent battery life as well as decent performance. Invisible Bluetooth earbuds are the perfect companion throughout all your rides, tasks, and workouts. They may never be perfect like wired full-size headphones but they will definitely make your day more efficient and more interesting.

We did our best to test as many earbuds as possible and made a list of 10 best invisible Bluetooth earbuds in 2020.

These are our top picks.

1. Tozo T10 Bluetooth 5.0 Earbuds

Tozo T10 Bluetooth 5.0 Earbuds

Check Price on Amazon

Thanks to their incredible popularity among their customers and users, we have chosen Tozo T10 earbuds as our No 1 on the list of 10 best invisible Bluetooth earbuds in 2020.

These are relatively cheap earbuds that offer more than decent performance for the money. They come in black, blue, gray, white, and khaki colors. The buds are 0.7” wide and 0.9” tall, while their charging case is 3.6” long and 1.3” tall.

What’s in the box?

The earbuds come in a small and simple cardboard box, safely tucked in their carrying case/charging box. Apart from the buds, you will get a 12-month warranty card, a set of spare ear tips, one USB to micro USB charging cable, and a user manual.

Things we like

Tozo T10 are nicely designed true wireless earbuds. They come in a set of very attractive colors with an elegant matte finish. The case is nicely shaped as well. On the backside, you will find the USB charging port while the LED indicators are inside the box. On the faceplate of the buds, you will find the manufacturer’s logo, one mic (on each earbud), and indicator lights that show you whether the buds are charging or the charge is completed.

T10 buds are practically weightless and they fit nicely, which makes them very comfortable. In case you feel they are a bit small or large, you can always reach for the two extra pairs of tips in different sizes (also included in the package).

Starting from their pocket-sized charging case, all the way to the amazing Bluetooth 5.0, T10 buds are very practical. They are easily paired with any Bluetooth enabled device, their connection quality is great, and their battery lasts up to 3.5 hours (per one charge). However, this can be extended up to 9 hours thanks to their charging case.

They are nicely built earbuds and their quality is additionally confirmed by their IPX8 rating that makes them perfect not only for indoor and outdoor workouts but also for the use in swimming pools.

Their waterproof design is not the only thing that makes these earbuds great for working out. They also have a bass-enhanced sound signature that perfectly suits most people who do sports. The sound is generally pleasant and natural, while their built-in mics are great for answering urgent calls.

Things we don’t like

One of the few downsides of Tozo T10 buds is their size. No matter how comfortable it can be to use completely wireless earbuds, you should be aware that these can easily fall out from your ears. Being practically weightless, they won’t make a sound, and you may not even notice that you lost one of the buds.

Moreover, we have to mention the build quality of the case. The main problem are hinges that don’t feel durable so be very careful while opening and closing the case.

2. Samsung Galaxy Buds

Samsung Galaxy Buds

Check Price on Amazon

Check Price on Walmart

If you want to purchase Samsung Galaxy buds, you will have to spend more than twice as much money you would spend on our first model. However, the fact is – you would also get significantly better performance.

The earbuds come in black, yellow, and white colors with a built-in mic and basic touch-sensitive controls on the faceplates (answer/end call, play/pause music, and skipping tracks).

What’s in the box?

Samsung Galaxy Buds come in a small and simple box with their carrying/charging case, two pairs of ear tips in different sizes, two pairs of ear wings, user manual, and charging cable.

Things we like

The earbuds have a very elegant design with a glossy but attractive finish. They are very small and very light (0.02 pounds), which makes them very comfortable and pleasant for wearing.

The case is also elegantly designed and, just like the earbuds, it feels nicely built and durable. It will protect the earbuds well, even if they fall.

Samsung Galaxy Buds are great for mixed-use. They don’t leak sound, which makes them great for office use. They also feel very stable in ears, so you can use them for workouts. If you are concerned about battery life, you don’t have to be. The buds offer approximately 7.5 hours of playback/talk time, while their charging time is 1.6 hours. In case you run out of juice, you can always get one additional charge with their charging case.

These Bluetooth 5.0 true wireless earbuds have quite a neutral sound signature with punchy bass, nicely balanced mids, and flat treble. The earbuds provide decent noise isolation. They leak a small amount of sound, which makes them great for use in both loud and quiet places.

Things we don’t like

In our opinion, Samsung Galaxy Buds are slightly overpriced. They have a shorter battery life than some cheaper buds, and they don’t feel comfortable for everyone. If you experience certain problems in this area, we advise you to try finding the right tip/wing size.

Moreover, we have to notice that the bass could be slightly harder and the mids slightly less emphasized. The vocals are a bit cluttered and the treble may sound sharp. However, you can always use the phone app to adjust the EQ settings and get a more enjoyable sound signature.

The mic could also be better. It’s fine for answering emergency calls but it honestly sounds quite muffled. It also eliminates ambient noise poorly, which will make your voice less intelligible.

3. SoundPeats True Wireless Earbuds

SoundPeats True Wireless Earbuds

Check Price on Amazon

Check Price on Walmart

The third product on our list of 10 best invisible Bluetooth earbuds in 2020 is a model made by SoundPeats. The earbuds offer decent quality at an affordable price, and they make a great choice for mixed usage.

What’s in the box?

The earbuds come in a nice and small package with their user manual, short USB to micro USB charging cable, carrying/charging case, and a set of three spare pairs of ear tips in different sizes.

Things we like

SoundPeats True Wireless Earbuds come in all-black style. They look quite attractive and are fairly easy to use. On the front side, you will see the LED lights as well as two buttons used for mutual pairing, pairing with source devices, playback control, and call answering.

The earbuds are nicely built, which means you shouldn’t have any major issues with durability. They are also very comfortable and lightweight (0.02 pounds). Their fit is tight enough to stay stable in ears even during workouts but also loose enough to eliminate any excessive discomfort and soreness.

SoundPeats earbuds support Bluetooth 5.0 with a great signal range. They have dual nature and can be used as a pair or as single earbuds. When used in pairs, they can’t be paired to more than one device simultaneously. In cases like these, the right earbud is always the dominant/main one.

When it comes to sound quality, these earbuds are way better than you would assume based on their price. Their sound signature is mostly neutral with a lot of deep bass and good and articulate mids. The earbuds don’t leak too much sound and they manage to isolate a great amount of ambient noise, which makes them great for commuting or office work. They also have built-in mics so you can take and make calls hands-free.

Things we don’t like

SoundPeats are comfortable earbuds but wearing them for several hours straight can be unpleasant. If you need to wear them the whole day, you should take breaks and take the buds out every once in a while.

However, the greatest complaint about this SoundPeats model is related to their battery life. The earbuds offer approximately 3.3 hours of playback/talk time and their charging takes up to 1.3 hours. So, if you plan to use them at work, you should be prepared to charge them after 3 hours of use.

We also have to mention their charging case. Despite being highly portable and convenient, we really think it should have some kind of cover because it feels that the buds can easily drop out of the box.

4. Purity True Wireless Earbuds

Purity True Wireless Earbuds

Purity True Wireless Earbuds are also one of the affordable options with a great feature set and decent sound quality.

What’s in the box?

The earbuds come in a nicely designed white box with the company logo. In the box, you will find a charging/carrying case, user manual, one short USB charging cable, and three pairs of ear tips.

Things we like

Purity True Wireless Earbuds are made for active people. Starting from their compatible dimensions, portable pocket-sized case, and lightweight, all the way to the supported Bluetooth 5.0 and useful set of controls, these earbuds allow you to do most of your daily activities while listening to your favorite music.

The earbuds come in black color with a built-in mic and multifunctional button used to play/pause music, skip tracks, and answer calls. They feel well-built and durable but they also are IPX5 rated, which means you can use them outdoors, even when it’s raining.

The earbuds have a nice snug and feel stable in ears, no matter if you’re sitting, walking or working out/jogging. They can be used in pairs or as single buds, and their performance exceeds the expectations.

Purity buds provide good passive noise isolation and deliver pleasant sound with slightly exposed mids and highs. We would like to have a bit more bass but we are more than satisfied with vocals clarity.

Things we don’t like

The thing that annoys us the most about these earbuds and generally about invisible Bluetooth earbuds is their battery life. They simply have a short life and the necessity to recharge them after every few hours is an important downside.

It’s the same with these earbuds. They can deliver up to 4 hours of playtime per charge but then, you will have to take a break and put them back in the case to let them charge. The fact that the case enables 3 full charges is great but the interrupted listening can be quite annoying.

5. OFUSHO F16 Bluetooth Earbuds

OFUSHO F16 Bluetooth Earbuds

Check Price on Amazon

If you need a good-looking and modern pair of Bluetooth earbuds that can be used both indoors and outdoors, Ofucho F16 earbuds are the right buds for you. They come with many useful features and you get all that at a very reasonable price.

What’s in the box?

The earbuds come in a very nice black box with their user manual, charging case, short charging cable, and 2 pairs of silicone ear tips in different sizes.

Things we like

The earbuds come in black color with red details and nice shiny matte finish that looks elegant but doesn’t attract fingerprints. On the front side, you will see the company logo and indicator lights that show you whether the buds are pairing or charging. There is also the multifunctional button that allows you to pair the buds with the source device, play/pause music, skip tracks, and answer calls. Just like the buds, the charging case is nicely designed and compact. On its back, you will find two charging ports (micro USB and USB).

F16 are very light earbuds, which makes them very pleasant and comfortable for wearing. Thanks to their pocket-size charging/carrying case, they are also easily portable. Besides, the buds have an ergonomic design and provide a stable and secure fit, which makes them perfect for active people.

When it comes to build quality, we are confident that the buds are nicely constructed and durable. They certainly seem sturdier than you would expect from a pair of cheap earbuds. Their IPX7 rating adds to their build quality making them waterproof and perfect for sweaty workouts or jogging in the rain.

Ofusho F16 earbuds produce rich and pleasant sound with spicy mids and highs, and powerful bass. They also isolate a decent amount of ambient noise. Thanks to their durable battery, you can enjoy your favorite songs for up to 8 hours per charge, while the case enables you to complete up to 19 recharges.

Things we don’t like

One of the things we would like to see here are the LED lights on the charging case that show you the remaining battery life so you don’t have to connect the case to your phone to get the information.

Moreover, the buds don’t have volume controls and you will have to reach for your phone every single time you want to adjust the volume.

6. GeeKee G350 True Wireless Earbuds

GeeKee G350 True Wireless Earbuds

Check Price on Amazon

GeeKee G350 are one of the cheaper invisible Bluetooth earbuds on the market. Their biggest qualities are a nice design, decent performance, and a reasonable price. They also come with a few special features and the ability to be used in dual mode, mono, and TWS. The virtual assistant support makes these buds quite interesting.

What’s in the box?

The earbuds come in a quite elegant black cardboard box with the user manual, ear wings and ear tips, as well as the USB charging cable.

Things we like

GeeKee G350 are nicely designed earbuds. They come in black and white colors. The earbuds come packed inside their small charging box with a transparent cover. The box has one LED indicator light and a USB charging port. On the front side of the buds, you will see a small built-in mic and a big button with the GeeKee logo. On the right earbud, the ring around the logo actually represents the indicator light.

The earbuds feel quite durable and well built. They are also IPX5 rated and they can be used for indoor and outdoor workouts as they are resistant to sweat and splashes of water.

G350 buds support Bluetooth 5.0 and provide a decent connection quality. The buttons on the buds can be used to play/pause music, skip tracks, answer and end calls. However, the manufacturer has decided to include one additional option – activating voice assistant. The supported assistant is Siri but the customers have confirmed that they are compatible with other assistants, too.

The overall performance, including the 3-hour battery life, is average for this type of earbuds but we have to admit that we were surprised with the sound quality. They produce a pleasant sound with deep bass and surprisingly clear treble. Apart from this, the earbuds manage to provide better noise isolation and better call quality than you would expect from truly wireless earbuds.

Things we don’t like

Besides the fact that you don’t have volume controls on the buds themselves, you should also be aware that the rest of the controls aren’t located only on the right earbud as usual. On the contrary, the controls are distributed between the buds, and the user manual won’t be very helpful. The manufacturer leaves you in the dark when it comes to controls and actions.

GeeKee leaves their customers with one additional problem – ear tips. We do confess that the buds are comfortable but the manufacturer should really provide more than one pair of ear tips and ear wings. Even the cheaper and lower-profile earbuds come with at least two pairs of ear tips so the users could have at least S, M, and L sizes at their disposal.

7. Apple AirPods Pro

Apple AirPods Pro

In case you didn’t like the previous Apple headphones, we advise you to try this improved Apple AirPod version – Apple AirPods Pro. This is the first time Apple released in-ear buds and we can tell you that they have done an amazing job. The AirPods Pro are pricey but definitely worth buying.

What’s in the box?

AirPods Pro come in a standard premium Apple box with their lightning to USB C charging cable, charging case, user manuals, and three pairs of ear tips in three different sizes.

Things we like

The first thing you can see when you open the box is the change in the design department. Apple has made a few significant improvements regarding both the charging case and the earbuds. The case is now slightly larger but somehow more compact, while the earbuds are smaller; they have shorter stems that look better on the head.

Apple has also made significant improvements regarding build quality and comfort level. They feel very durable and sturdy. At the same time, they are quite lightweight and comfortable for prolonged listening. The earbuds fit nicely in the ear canal and remain stable even if you are using them in a gym or for jogging.

AirPods Pro support Bluetooth 5.0 and have the H1 chip installed. They are quite easy to use, pair, and connect, while you can control them with your iPhone. The battery lasts for five whole hours, the recharge takes approximately one hour, and the case provides five additional charges. The earbuds have sensors that act as control buttons and enable you to play/pause the music, answer/end calls, turn ANC on and off, skip tracks, and activate Siri. The great news is that all the controls work with Android devices.

Apple AirPods Pro deliver significantly better performance than any other Apple earbuds/earphones before. Thanks to their design and supported technologies, they eliminate ambient noise almost completely and manage to deliver better bass. The lows aren’t extremely powerful but there’s enough bass for every music genre.

Things we don’t like

We really appreciate all the improvements but we simply have to point out the negative sides as well.

One of our greatest complaints relates to the mic quality. It’s great that you can use the buds to answer calls but you should really use this feature only for emergency situations. You will hear the other person perfectly but your voice will sound quite distant, and unnatural.

8. Bose SoundSport Free Truly Wireless Headphones

Bose SoundSport Free Truly Wireless Headphones

They may have their flaws but we are happy to see a pair of invisible earbuds with installed volume controls. Bose SoundSport Free are made for sports and everything about them confirms it, starting from their design and stability, all the way to their great build quality.

What’s in the box?

The earbuds come in a premium Bose box with their user manual, charging/carrying case, USB charging cable, and three pairs of ear tips with ear wings in different sizes.

Things we like

As you could expect from a pair of Bose earbuds, SoundSport Free look amazing. They come in vivid colors such as blue, orange, and violet. However, the manufacturer was thinking about the customers who prefer more subtle colors and provided us with the all-black model. On the left earbud, you will find the multifunctional button, while the volume controls are on the right side. This means you won’t have to reach out for your phone every time you want to adjust the volume level.

Apart from being attractive and modern, these buds are very durable and sturdy. If you want a pair of earbuds that will last for a long time, Bose SoundSport Free are the right choice for you.

The earbuds are relatively comfortable and they make a tight fit, which increases stability and improves sound quality. They are also very breathable. If you don’t mind taking several breaks during the day to charge the buds, you’ll be happy to know that a single charge provides approximately 5 hours of playback, while the charging box provides 10 additional hours. The charging time is approximately 2 hours.

When it comes to sound quality, we really don’t have any major complaints. The buds have great mids and highs, while the bass is present, although not very exposed. All in all, most of the customers love the way Bose SoundSport buds sound and find them great for listening to most music genres. One more thing that makes them great for outdoor workouts/running is the fact that they don’t completely shut out the ambient noise. They also don’t leak much sound, which makes them a good choice for office jobs.

Things we don’t like

Bose SoundSport buds have a few flaws and also lack a few features you would expect at this price point. For example, the existence of ANC is kind of expected at this price point.

At this price point, we would also like to have a better mic and slightly reduced size.

9. Enacfire Future Plus Wireless Earbuds

Enacfire Future Plus Wireless Earbuds

Check Price on Amazon

Check Price on Walmart

Enacfire Future Plus are, just like many others on this list, affordable truly wireless earbuds with an amazing feature set.

What’s in the box?

The earbuds come in nice packaging with an 18-month warranty card, user manuals, two pairs of ear tips, USB charging cable, charging case, and one soft carrying bag.

Things we like

Although they come in black color only, we won’t complain about that because Enacfire Future Plus have one of the most attractive and elegant designs on the market. The design is ergonomic, it follows the shape of the ear shell, in order to achieve a snug fit, which adds to the overall earbud stability.

The earbuds have a built-in mic and a multifunctional button that allows you to control the playback and calls. Along with their stability, this is one of the most desired features when it comes to wireless earbuds.

Future Plus are made from quality plastic and are IPX8 certified, which means you can even submerge them in 1-meter deep water. So, sweating should not be an issue.

By buying this Enacfire device, you don’t only get the earbuds. You’re getting a power bank, too. The earbuds offer approximately 4 hours of playback/talk time per single charge. The recharge takes 30 minutes. Their charging case is a powerful little device. It offers 25 additional cycles and it can also be used as an emergency power bank for your phone.

Let’s now skip to the most important part – sound quality. We were quite satisfied with the buds’ performance. They have two sound modes – regular and booming bass. The sound is enjoyable in both modes. The bass is punchy and powerful. The mids and highs are pleasant and balanced.

Things we don’t like

Despite the fact that we were very happy with the earbud performance, we must be honest and say that the sound is pleasant for listening only at moderate volume levels (up to 80%). The moment you switch to the booming bass mode and turn the volume up to the max, you will be seriously disappointed by the distortion level. On the bright side, the earbuds are generally quite loud, which means you won’t even have to turn the volume up to the max in most situations.

10. Jaybird Vista True Wireless Earbuds

Jaybird Vista True Wireless Earbuds

Check Price on Walmart

The last product on our list of 10 best invisible Bluetooth earbuds are Jaybird Vista True Wireless earbuds. They come in black, gray, and blue colors, with 0.03 pounds of weight, IPX7 rating, and Bluetooth 5.0. They aren’t the best earbuds on the market but they definitely make a great choice for active people.

What’s in the box?

The earbuds come in a very nice package with the user manual, two pairs of ear tips with ear wings in different sizes, USB-C charging cable, and one charging/carrying case.

Things we like

Jaybird Vista are nicely designed earbuds made for sports, but they are also great for commuting or for office use. They are small, lightweight and not too bulky, which makes them very portable. You can simply throw them in your pocket or backpack and take out anytime you get a chance to listen to your favorite tunes.

The buds can be used for music playback and call management. Their total battery life of 16.5 hours is enough for all-day use but you will have to charge them again after 5 hours of use. The charging case provides you with two additional charging cycles and one charging cycle takes 2.5 hours.

Recommended Reading :

The Vista buds are quite comfortable, breathable, and adequate for extended use. Thanks to their tips and stability fins, they fit nicely stay stable no matter what you’re doing. These earbuds are perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. They are very durable and resistant to damages caused by drops or liquids, which completely justifies their price.

Jaybird Vista have a rather neutral sound signature with balanced frequency response. The bass is present and quite powerful but it doesn’t overwhelm the mids. In case you don’t like the original sound profile, you can always use the in-app equalizer and adjust it to your own taste.

Things we don’t like

Sadly, Jaybird Vista buds can’t brag about their noise isolation abilities. They let a significant amount of ambient noise inside, which can be a dealbreaker for frequent fliers and commuters that like to isolate themselves during their rides.

Also, we have to warn you about the poor mic performance. We wouldn’t recommend using the mic for long talks because the call quality is not at the expected level.

FAQs

Q: How do I pair my invisible Bluetooth earbuds?

A: Invisible Bluetooth earbuds have their negative sides but the pairing process is usually not one of them. The pairing duration is different depending on the manufacturer and Bluetooth version but it usually takes less than a minute.

The first thing you should do is to take the earbuds out of their charging box. Most of the buds will start mutual pairing immediately (they will first pair with each other). After that, you have to pair them with your phone, tablet, or some other source device. To do that, you should long-press the multifunctional button and hold it until your device finds the earbuds.

One of the greatest things about this pairing is that all the earbuds remember the last device they were paired with.

Q: How do I charge my earbuds?

A: Charging earbuds has never been easier or more practical. The earbuds come with their charging cases that are also used as carrying cases. Their dimensions vary but they always fit a pocket. This means that you can put the buds in the case, put the case in your pocket, and wait for them to charge.

Invisible Bluetooth earbuds can be fully charged in 2 hours and the case usually provides at least a few additional charges

Q: What are the most common wireless earbuds issues?

A: Every device on the market has its own issues that the manufacturers are trying to eliminate. It seems that Bluetooth devices have more potential issues and we owe it to the fact that wireless connection is simply less stable than wired.

The additional problem that appears with truly wireless earbuds is the fact that they don’t use Bluetooth only to connect to the source device. The Bluetooth is also used to pair the left bud with the right one. Due to this, users may experience an occasional signal loss.

In addition, we have to warn you about the poor mic performance. You can use it for emergency calls but having long conversations can be tricky.

Q: Are invisible Bluetooth earbuds worth the money?

A: We can’t give you a definite answer to this question. As always, it’s all a matter of taste and one’s needs. If your daily activities require the use of completely wireless small earbuds, we would strongly recommend buying one of the models from our list. They usually offer great durability, stability, comfort, decent sound quality, and battery life. Some of them are even waterproof or water-resistant and offer additional protection perfect for active people.

In case your main priority is sound quality and your daily chores don’t require the use of light portable earbuds, we would advise you to look for some of the old-fashioned wired headphone models.
