The player allows you to insert up to 6 different discs and switch between them easily and quickly with the help of built-in control buttons on the device itself. You can also use the provided remote control. The only thing you’ll need is an RCA cable and a pair of AA batteries and the party can start. The 40-track programming and 6 different repeat modes won’t allow you to get bored for a long time.
DX-C390 supports PCM, audio CDs, and MP3 file formats as well as the following types of discs: Audio CD, CD-R, CD-RW, and CD-Extra. In case you need to change a disc, you can open the CD compartment that works on a carousel principle and change up to 5 discs while the 6th one is still playing.

The next product on our list of 6 best Onkyo CD players in 2021 isn’t really the cheapest but it’s definitely worth the money. It comes in black and silver colors. We have reviewed the silver version because it looks more elegant and attractive.
On the front side, you’ll see a set of control buttons enabling you to power the device on and off, insert and eject CD, manage playback, volume, skip tracks, and adjust the display. The device also gives you the possibility to connect your headphones without using any additional receivers or amps. If you look at the rear panel, you’ll find both analog and digital output ports. The device comes with its remote control that enables you to control the playback without getting up.
Onkyo C7030 plays a standard CD, CD-R, CD-RW, MP3, or WMA CD. It supports the amazing Vector Linear Shaping Circuitry technology that reduces unwanted resonance and vibrations to the very minimum. However, the player still manages to maintain such a high price thanks to its quality audio reproduction.

Onkyo DX-C380 has a very similar design to the previously reviewed DX-C390. The truth is we consider the design of C380 a bit more neutral and basic but it’s still attractive and can easily fit different interiors. It comes in black and silver colors.
On the front side, you’ll find a big display that enables navigation through the settings. The display shows the current track, mode, or disc selection. Around the display, you’ll see many control buttons allowing you to power the device on and off, switch between 6 discs that can be inserted into the CD compartment at the same time, skip tracks, switch between several playing modes, etc.
DX-C380 connects via RCA cable and it comes with a remote, so you don’t have to use the buttons on the device.
The CD player supports some very important technologies that make the use interesting and the audio reproduction more pleasing. First, there’s the 6-CD compartment utilizing the carousel working principle. This basically means that you can insert 6 CDs at once and switch between them or change up to 5 of them without disrupting the playback. Second, it uses the Pulse Width Modulation technology that minimizes the low-level linearity errors and eliminates detail loss. Things we don’t like
Unfortunately, DX-C380 doesn’t read anything but standard audio CD format, so you won’t be able to rip CDs or play MP3 files.

Onkyo DV-CP702 is an amazing CD/DVD player. It has a simple but attractive design and it comes in black and silver colors. On the front side, you’ll see a display and a set of control buttons. You can use these buttons or the provided remote control to turn the device on/off or put it on standby, adjust the display brightness, manage playback, switch between discs and modes, skip tracks, etc. On the rear panel, you’ll find a video output, analog and digital audio outputs, as well as remote-control output.

DX-C110 is another Onkyo carousel CD player and changer that allows you to insert up to 6 different CDs and play any of them in any order you like. It comes in black color and it looks rather simple with a set of basic controls that are commonly found on Onkyo CD players.
On the front side, you’ll see a big display showing the numbers of tracks and discs that are currently playing. Apart from the display, there are also the on/off button, as well as a set of buttons enabling you to adjust the display appearance, manage playback, skip tracks, switch between normal, random, and repeat playback modes, etc.
If you don’t like to get up from your comfy chair to change a song, you’ll be happy to hear that the player comes with a remote that enables you to adjust all the previously mentioned settings without getting up. The only thing you’ll have to provide is a pair of AA batteries that aren’t included in the package.

Things we don’t like
Onkyo DX-C110 is an absolute champion in terms of dimensions (17-15/16 x 4-3/4 x 16-13/16 inches) and weight (16.9Ib). It’s not exactly the lightest and the most portable player on the market.
