The rubber hooks hold the buds in place. They also come in three sizes but can be quite bulky. The Skullcandy Push Active buds come with a lightweight case made out of hard plastic. It also has a silicon cover, which adds to the bulkiness, however.

However, the best feature of the Skullcandy Push Active earbuds is that it comes with an IP55 rating which keeps them safe from water and dust. This means that you can go for a run with these powerful buds and listen to your favorite tracks.

Things You Should Consider Before Buying The Best Skullcandy Wireless Earbuds [Buying Guide]

Here are the factors to consider while buying wireless earbuds.

Best Skullcandy Wireless Earbuds - Buying Guide

Sound Quality

When buying an audio product, the most important feature to look out for is its sound quality. Each product offers different features, so you need to be aware of what genre of music you prefer and if the buds cater to it. Always read the details about the bass, equalizer, and other sound features before purchasing any pair of earbuds.

Battery Life & Charging

Having good battery backup, especially for playback time, is crucial because earbuds are used mostly when you’re doing an activity. Running out of charge quickly can make tasks inconvenient and difficult. Make sure your earbuds have good battery backup, so they don’t run out of charge quickly. It is also more convenient when your earbuds support the latest USB Type C instead of the vintage cable.

Design & Fit

Knowing your style and ear type can help you get the perfect pair because most people tend to wear earbuds for long hours. So, regardless of whether you’re a casual user or not, making sure to buy buds that fit you well is crucial. If the pair fall off easily or is uncomfortable, it affects your overall experience. Moreover, make sure they look good on you because these are an investment. In the list above, we’ve provided you with several varying colors and designs.

Connectivity

Getting earbuds with Bluetooth 5.0 or higher is always recommended because it ensures that it connects smoothly and without delay. Most buds these days have Bluetooth 5.0 or above, but it’s always better to be safe than sorry.

Noise Cancellation

Depending on the activity you will pair your earbuds with, like commuting, studying in a library, or working out, noise-canceling technology is a great feature. Although most brands claim to have it, only those in the premium range tend to keep their word. So, it is important to research before buying the product, especially if you are not familiar with the brand you are looking into.

Controls

Nowadays, all wireless earbuds have basic controls embedded in their systems, like managing calls, triggering voice assistants, toggling ANC, and managing your music player. Apart from this, another aspect to ensure is whether the control tabs are too sensitive or stiff, as this can affect your overall experience with the product.

To Top

Conclusion

With this, we wrap up the list of the best Skullcandy wireless earbuds to buy in 2022. Although all the buds on this list stand out in their own way, the one that is best overall is definitely the Skullcandy Push Active Wireless Earbuds. They have stellar all-around performance, including fantastic battery life, excellent sound quality, an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance, and the Skull-IQ feature that lets you customize the control buttons in the earbuds.
